Green Man Lawn Care offers a lawn treatment plan designed to help customers’ lawns stay pest free whilst maintaining a thick green sward.
The core service is a set of recurring treatments that is offered to customers and carried out between four and five times a year. Following each treatment, any additional problems are identified, and the customer is advised on how best to address them.
Additional treatments may include the following:
- Moss Control
- Scarification and Aeration
- Top-dressing
- Overseeding
- Complete lawn renovation
- Fungicide or insecticide treatments
The business model has been structured to maintain a high rate of customer retention. The aim is to retain a customer for life. As of February 2016, the Green Man Lawn Care average yearly spend per customer is just over £146.85.
